>>152181475The short stories/comics first, the show adapts the story almost 1:1 but they also add in a lot of new scenes with the side characters because they stretched the novella out to six 30 minute episodes. There's also foreshadowing for stuff down the line if you're a fan like the Blackfyres and Summerhall.
>>152181475Read the books first. All three original novellas are short enough you can finish them in a day, and the comics are all very faithful adaptations of each. They're GRRM's best work when it comes to writing too, since they don't suffer the bloat the main ASOIAF books do.
