Anyone preferred the show to the comics?This is the first time i've seen a comics be so inferior to its TV adaptation, to the point that it tries to incorporate lots of its idea and still fail pretty hard.

I don't even mind the skip to the modern world, but when the comic tried to link to the show (and I didn't know the show even existed) I was extremely puzzled and everything felt confused and underwhelming.
