We had it air here in Ireland, and there's a guy on YT called TV Curator who's been uploading idents, ads and everything else that was on between episodes of shows from the netork that aired it. One of his uploads included an ad for Toonsylvania, so I asked if any of his tape recordings included it under the pretext of a lot of the show being lost - he said he found nothing yet, but would keep an eye out as he's progressing through the tapes
