>>152196627First I would have to come up with a new gimmick for Mandarin.My angle would be he is evil Tony Stark, in that he is a weapons and technology manufacturer for high class villains using the Makluan ship he found that became his base of operations. While Tinkerer is the maker of gadgets and weapons for low class purse snatchers and bank robbers in Manhattan, Mandarin steals and reverse engineers Makluan technology to supply weapons and doomsday devices for the top class villains in Marvel. His client list includes Dr Doom, High Evolutionary, Arcade, Mr Sinister, Maggia, Hydra, AIM, and several governments, including SHIELD have made many off the books purchases from him. He has armies of Ultimo knockoffs working as his factory employees and he has turned the ship into a castle/factory. He will make up a clone of himself and occasionally send it after Iron Man when he thinks Stark is secretly copying his own technology or got his hands on some Makluan technology. A few of his clones have died and left the legal world assuming he is dead for years. SHIELD is also in on it due to still wanting to make purchases from him. Oneshot would be more about how the heroes after stopping Doom in the last crossover event, uncovered a lot of Doom's magitech in Latveria originated from Mandarin's manufacturing and SHIELD tried to erase that information. Iron Man, Carol, and Vision go to Mandarin's castle, learn about his business and try to stop him. Mandarin defeats them, wipes their memories and sends them back to the US, since killing heroes is bad for business. Then admits he has done this a few dozen times before.
Mandarin in space. He sets out to conquer Kakaranthara as the base for a space empire, but finds it very difficult.
