Disney is fucked because it got infiltrated by Jews. So long as Jews remain at Disney the company is a rotting corpse. And don't celebrate Eisner he was lucky he was around during the Renaissance but he brought along his own set of problems that hurt the Disney brand most notable the spam of cheap tacky sequels to classical films making the originals less special.
