Can someone confirm this? in a recent episode of The Simpsons, the Disney plus version deleted the scenes with Maya & Moe and one of the scenes only appears at the end credits.

I downloaded the original broadcast, I just skipped to the ending and Grandma moe(?) breaks them up and says "4 and a half more years" sternly. Out of context that does seem to imply she's underage. Is there any set up for that joke or including her in this episode?

While they're still working on fleshing her out as a character, her existence allowed for the fleshing out of Comic Book Guy as a character too, exploring why he's such a stunted manchild to begin with.With Maya, it just feels like Moe has already been so fleshed out that they still haven't figured out her angle
