One will protect you, the other 2 will hunt you. No holding back on either side, who are you choosing to protect you?

Unwinnable situation. Spider-man just gets splattered by Superman so he's out as a defender. Batman knows about kryptonite so Superman can't protect you against him, and Batman can't protect you against both Superman and Spider-man at the same time, because even if Batman has Kryptonite, Superman can still kill you from a distance.
Superman is probably the best bet, he could proactively try to kill Batman to solve the kryptonite situation and then splatter Spider-man.

Spider-man because I want to die and this way it will finally make it happen.

Superman.
Also Waid is writing him.
>>
>>152339426
Superman doesn't have to kill anyone. He just need to play keep away with you as the ball.
>>
>>152339327
Superman, he just tosses me into the Phantom Zone, shrinks me down to live in Kandor, or just lets me chill in the Fortress of Solitude.
>>
>>152340586
Forever? There doesn't seem to be a time limit for their pursuit.
>>
>>152339327
Superman. I can beat Batman with my bare hands but Spider-Man is too strong.
>>
>>152340586
You will still need to eat and drink and preferably be able to live some kind of regular life. And while he has super-senses, to my knowledge his senses aren't so busted that he can track Batman's every move across the globe, so Batman could just use his bullshit prep time to prepare some sort of trap for Superman who is speeding across the planet. Speaking of which, does Superman need to sleep or not? I genuinely can't remember. Thanks to power creep I imagine the answer is no, he can just get everything from the sun.
>>
>>152341090
I mean, Supes should be strong enough to subdue the other two without killing them, and then put them in whatever jail they have for these things.
Like, what if Supes puts you in the phantom zone, deals with Batman and Spiderman, puts them in jail, then projects you out of the phantom zone?
>But then Spides and Batman escapes jail
Doubt it since this is an elseworlds thing so it usually concludes with the end issue rather than going on endlessly.

I have no issue with Superman being out of character for this exercise and just flat-out killing the pursuers. I think the real point of contention is where and how this all starts. Do they all become aware of what they must do at the same time? How far away are they from each other? Are we in a continuity where Superman knows who Batman is? Because if Batman has enough time to secure himself some kryptonite, it becomes much harder for Supes to kill/subdue him, at which point protecting you also becomes an issue.
>>
>>152339327
Superman. How is this even a question?
>>
>>152339327
Batman because he has plot armor
>>
>>152339327
Anyone who dosen’t pick Superman is retarded. If Superman isn’t holding back then the fight is already over.
>>
I am walking down the street and suddenly the batmobile comes peeling from around the corner and comes to a stop. I immediately turn around and start running away. As Im running away, a weird, substances grapples around my ankles and I fall to the ground. Spiderman comes jumping down from a light pole and jumps on top of me. 'Sorry buddy, but I have to kill you.' Batman comes swooping in and says 'so do I.' As i try to explain I dont know what I did wrong, a red and blue flash suddenly streaks in front of me and Spiderman disappears. Batman screams 'Clark! wai-' and the same red and blue flash goes by and Batman disappears. The end.

Superman, but if there was some level of leniency, I believe Spiderman has the highest level of talk no jutsu.

>Batman knows about kryptonite so Superman can't protect you against him
>even if Batman has Kryptonite, Superman can still kill you from a distance.

Do you not see the inherent contradiction in your argument? How's Kryptonite going to protect Batman if Superman's in low orbit and uses heatvision? Or if he actually used his super-speed to eliminate Batman before Batman can perceive that he's up against Superman, let alone think to grab Kryptonite.

If they're not holding back it's trivial for Superman to disable Spider-Man and Batman.

Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't. But when they aren't, Batman isn't Turbo Wanked Batgod Who Defeats Darkseid With One Punch.

Batman can't lose

Are the two that hunt you also implied to be working together?

If not, I'll take Spidey as protector. A very resourceful *and* powerful protector against most threats (once the lessons are learnt from the Gwen Stacey-like things that he gets wrong). And should be more than sufficient protection, with Supes and Bats getting in each other way to try to get the credit. (While Spider-vs-Super and Spider-vs-Bat wouldn't be as advantageous a competition, for various reasons.)

If it's a team-up situation, though... not at all sure. But having Supes on my side might be my best hope of keeping away from the other two.

Because when Superman is protecting you, his goal isn't to kill batman, it's to protect you. Assuming it's a version of Supes that takes at least a few minutes to fly around the globe, leaving you unprotected while he goes to hunt down Batman (and he might not even know who Batman is or where the Batcave located) risks letting Spider-man get you. He also can't instantly gib Spider-man either since he has now idea who Spider-man is. When Superman is on the offensive, he's not limited by having to protect you, so he can just chuck asteroids from orbit until the job is done. Now, if we take the most overpowered, wanked version of Superman, then yes, he clears hands-down, but if we take a more average-powered Superman he would struggle. It would be essentially be a race against a clock if he can both keep you alive while figuring out who his two masked enemies are before they get Kryptonite and become actual threats. Still the best choice, but it's not really clear-cut or simple.

We've seen this gimmick before, if the plot says Batman has to beat Superman he's going to beat Superman

Superman could, you know, just give me a space suit to wear while he's up in space. Or he could put on one of his lead suits to protect him against Kryptonite.

If he's got no idea that Spider-Man and Batman are after me, why would they have any idea Superman's protecting me?

And if he's leaving me alone, he can leave me alone in the Fortress, protected by Superman robots. How's Spider-Man going to deal with the climate, even if he somehow finds out about the Fortress and where it is?
>>

>Superman
>no holding back
>Batman gets heatvisioned from the sky

>>152345635
He presumably knows that Spider-man and Batman are after you (I assume knowledge of the pursuers/defender as the boundary condition for this because otherwise Superman clears easily as the other two have no fucking idea what they are walking into), but he doesn't know who Batman is depending on the continuity, and he certainly has no fucking clue who Spider-man is. Him taking you to fortress of solitude is a good call, but I presume Batman might be aware where it is and perhaps even how to access it The reason I am willing to grant Batman more knowledge of Superman than vice versa is because being paranoid about other supers is somewhat consistent characterization. But if he doesn't know about it then it would be very safe indeed. And if we are granting robots and the fortress to Superman, surely Spider-man also gets bunch of high-tech suits and gadgets that he has had over the years? He's had suits that handle space, so I doubt a little cold would be too much to handle.
>>152345639
Again, assuming that he knows who Batman is or can instantly find out.

>Again, assuming that he knows who Batman is or can instantly find out.
Superman flies me to the Fortresses of Solitude, for long enough to build a spaceproof room, with a working toilet and vacuum lock and oxygen recycler and a water recycler and exercise space and various books/tablets. Then just flies me more food as needed.
No matter what nonsense you do, to try to nerf Superman, he's always going to beat Batman/Spider-Man when he doesn't have to hold back. There's no way that I'd ever be in danger, when Superman has access to space.
Then Superman can take his time dealing with Batman/Spider-Man.
>>
>>152339327
Definitely not Spider-Man he is a literal canonical cuckold who lost to the fucking Vulture (a literal geriatric who wears diapers because he can't control his bowels) and had to BEG Norman Osborn to save his brutalized ass so I could probably beat HIM to death if anything.

Batman has the biggest plot armor as DC's #1 cash cow with ridiculous shit like falling from the Moon to Earth and has contingencies for just about everything, is a master tactician and has stockpiles of Kryptonite everywhere in case Superman goes rogue so I'd trust him to win despite being a Superman stan if I want to live I am choosing the bat.
>>
When you say hunt me, are they out to arrest me, kill me, what? Because it's hard to imagine Spidey as an assassin failing, even if it was both of the others protecting me, never mind one of them on his side.
Also are the hunters working together, or competing?

He can though
