I dare you to find a Cartoon Network original series with more prominent female characters than Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Gumball. Those three shows are heavily female centered aside from the two main boy characters. Adventure Times most prominent characters besides Finn and Jake are Bubblegum and Marceline, Regular Shows most prominent besides Mordecai and Rigby are Margaret and Eileen and Gumballs most prominent besides Gumball and Darwin are Nicole and Anais.

I double dare you to find me that series
>>
>>152342863
Those are basically the only notable character-focused CN original series though
>>
>>152342863
>Regular Show
>female centered
??????
What are you on? The main cast is literally all men. Eileen and Margaret are both secondary characters.
>>
>>152342863
>Regular Shows most prominent besides Mordecai and Rigby are Margaret and Eileen
No, that's Benson. Benson is probably the character with the most proeminence outside of the two main. After that it's probably Margaret for the first seasons and Skips. Eileen isn't really a plot driver or really a proeminent character.

...are we forgetting the show literally titled Powerpuff GIRLS?
anon you cannot be this fucking stupid

Okay, besides Powerpuff Girls, Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Gumball are more female centered than all the 90s/2000s Cartoon Network shows. They're more female centered than Camp Lazlo for example.

*are you for fucking real

>Regular Show
Literally all of the main cast are men. All the female characters are primarily prominent as love interests up until they decided Eileen should be part of the main cast in the last season.
>Gumball
It's not really any more female-centered than The Simpsons or any other animated family sitcom.
>Adventure Time
Okay, point taken.
>I dare you to find a Cartoon Network original series with more prominent female characters
Steven Universe? Powerpuff Girls? Teen Titans? (Not a CN original, but it might as well have been)

Isn't Robin the leader and the main focus of the first seasons story arc?

Neither even aired on Cartoon Network ever. The only thing related to Cartoon Network with Pepper Ann is the Kids Next Door art style.

Christ I hate zoomers always jerking off Gumball, AT, and RS. Cartoons, especially one with extensive female casts, have existed on CN for years.
PowerPuff Girls, Ben 10, Kids Next Door, Dexter's Lab, Billy and Mandy, Camp Lazlo, Teen Titans, Steven Universe, etc.

Spics hate SU and they're like 90% of this board
>>
Cow and Chicken had Cow as a main character.
>>
>>152347474
>Camp Lazlo
They were a part of the show, but Princess Bubblegum and Marceline are basically the main characters of the show besides Finn and Jake and you could argue they get even more screentime than Finn and Jake sometimes, Margaret and Eileen get just as much screentime as Mordecai and Rigby later on, and Anais and Nicole sometimes feel like the two main characters of Gumball. Never once did Patsy from Camp Lazlo ever feel like the main character of the show aside from a few episodes. She could be a main character, but not THE central character.
>>
>>152347474
Dee Dee was often the second main character though, she wasn't the main character like Princess Bubblegum was. I remember Bubblegum basically eventually overshadowed Finn and Jake in screentime. Also, Steven Universe despite being called Steven Universe doesn't center around Steven a lot of times. Amythest, Garnet, and Pearl had a lot more screentime than Steven ever did in the show.

Noticed how you chose one example and not the all females led Powerpuff Girls, the two prominently featured female cast members (number 3 and numbah five) of Kids Next Door, Mandy who is arguably the literal lead of Billy and Mandy.
Retarded zoomer
>>
>>152348052
Abby was basically the second main character after Nigel definitely. Mandy is basically co-star with Billy, though sometimes it felt like Billy overtook the show.

There are three you're forgetting about though that have a female lead more than anything. Chowder, Flapjack, and Courage. I'd argue as the show went on, Panini was more of the main character than Chowder himself, Bubbie became more of the main character than Flapjack himself, and Muriel was more of the main character than Courage himself.
>>
>>152347664
>and Anais and Nicole sometimes feel like the two main characters of Gumball
Nicole yeah, you can tell she is the writers' favourite, but I'm pretty sure Richard overall gets more focus than Anais.
>>152347676
>Also, Steven Universe despite being called Steven Universe doesn't center around Steven a lot of times. Amythest, Garnet, and Pearl had a lot more screentime than Steven ever did in the show.
Steven has by far the most screentime in Steven Universe accounting for all the townie episodes that don't feature the rest of the Crystal Gems (and there are many). SU also had that rule that *every scene* must be from Steven's POV. Granted, the show does get around this for flashback episodes/sequences by having somebody tell a story to Steven, but still.

>Dexter's Lab
Dee Dee and Mom are very prominent, Dee Dee is basically the co-star of the show
>Johnny Bravo
Suzy and Johnny's mom are very prominent
>Cow and Chicken
Cow is a female character
>Billy and Mandy
Mandy is a female character
>Courage the Cowardly Dog
Muriel is a female character and the most prominent character besides Courage
>Kids Next Door
Numbuhs 3 and 5 are female characters
>Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi
Ami and Yumi are female characters
>The Life and Times of Juniper Lee
Juniper is a female character
All of these characters have more prominence in their shows than Eileen has in hers.

good to see everyone refuting OP's shit ideas
