The main thing that made the show popular was these weirdly touching tear jerker moments but after a while they lose their tear jerkness and/or just don't work anymore because we get used to it and the idea of "toddler show with deep emotional scene" loses it's strenght
They should just make a Bingo show next.

Which from an artistic perspective sucks, but makes some sense from a marketing perspective. The execs will most likely want the toddler show to continue to be about toddlers, so they can keep selling toddler merchandise. BUT, a fun compromise to get around this problem could be to just make continuous spinoffs about progressively younger characters. Like when Bluey gets too old, switch focus to her younger cousin Socks. And then later to the baby Auntie Brandy has, or some other kid. And keep doing that, until finally the show has been on so long they can make it about Bluey’s kid.

The creator said he would never recast Bluey and Bingo and they're already getting too old to keep doing the voices properly so the show will probably just stop.
