Genuinely curious, what did you enjoy about this issue, anon? I was a hard defender of this series, even through the holiday stories that most didn't like. However, I feel like Kara's characterization went to shit the last couple issues. It was weirdly around the time the guest artists started. The bad art almost somehow brings the story as a whole down with it and I'm not sure why.
Let me know what you thought was good, please give me hope again for this series that I once enjoyed. I am at least cautiously optimistic for the next issue with Sophie's return. Her art carries this harder than I thought.

I just read several truly tedious comics that had characters doing things I didn't like, and plot directions I found depressing as fuck. "Supergirl gets mind whammied by the ghost of a Dating Service and her friends have to save her" was pretty much what I needed after whatever the hell is going on in the Spider-Man/Venom books and the new more-depressing less-funny direction for Deadpool (now featuring a Wade that wants to die because he apparently let his daughters fall into A Mystery Vortex or some shit). I'm not claiming it's Peak, but holy fuck, I'll take this slice of simple escapism. And I like that Nela-Nar's House Symbol looks like a dating app icon.
