A rare human Kass sighting.
>>
Val is blue-balling us with Kalgkur, I see.

I'm calling it now, kassen will have a melt down during his time in the enclave.

Now is a good time as any to remind the readership of what a dog actually is.

I'm fully convinced the big worldbuilding reveal will be that the planet was once a sci fi human colony specialized in genetics research
>>
>>152563673
No, really. You're convinced of the obvious. How novel.

geez sorry to try to get some discussion going on this dead thread, faggot

There it is.

i do not like yinglets
i think perhaps that they should all be killed
>>
Dumb dumb time. Is the implication that he’s realizing his human memories are becoming harder to retain or is he just feeling bad for being dismissive of Isher in the past?
>>
>>152565468
i'm guessing the latter, since it's two different memories

Several of them have the same multi-eye plan.

To be fair, our first introduction to Isher was her having a hysterical reaction to Kassen coming back home like a dog that acts like you abandoned it when you left to go shopping. He probably thought she’s a bad judge of her own health.

yes but not quite that linear

Definitely the latter. She followed him around like a puppy, but the guy is too much of a Type A personality to slow down enough to notice

Something about the ears and muzzle makes Kass look like a kangaroo here. And now I am attracted, for some reason.
>>
>>152577600
probably the ears. too rounded.

rant incoming:
the only yinglet that looks remotely like a real mammal that could exist is the one that is supposed to be heinously obese.

apparently they're based on killdeer (small birds), but bird legs on non-flightless birds can only be as skinny as they are because there's not much "bird" to bird volume - most of their volume is feathers (and their necks are way longer than they look.

note how the only bird here that has thicker legs and has a ribcage that doesn't look shrunken... is the one that can't fly.

mammals can't ever work that way because thick hair/fur is much heavier and denser than thick feathers, so they can never have such skinny legs for their body volume.

i know they're made up fantasy creatures but this bothers me pretty much any time i see a yinglet. their legs should be breaking just from trying to walk - these animals would NOT be acrobatic in any capacity
