>>152585848I don't understand this complaint. I went to college, going to class entailed listening to lectures, taking notes, some more in-depth discussion and work if there was a lab component. Not much actually happened in class that was particularly interesting. Within DoA's framework as a narrative most time spent in class could be omitted as irrelevant simply because "Joe listlessly sits in his history lecture and halfheartedly takes notes even though the slides will be available online because it's the only thing stopping him from dozing off" is beat panel material at best. The better question is, "Does anyone ever do any coursework?" because that's frequently done in a social context.
