Nearly every kingdom in OOO are absolute monarchies (principalities?), if there were some kind of secret "princess parties" where they do some fucked up shit to kidnapped civilians and presumably the occasional plucky young adventure boy, they're not going to be black mailed for it. Like they have complete control of things, what purpose would blackmail have, there isn't repercussions. If someone were to even try it them and their bloodline is getting mulched, but even then what would that kind of stuff even achieve. It's not like most of them could be voted out, like outside of the Candy Kingdom that one time most of them very clearly don't run fair elections.

I wish halfway through the show's runtime (when the stories started getting a bit dark) that Marceline revealed her "eating red" was just another one of her mischievous lies. And that she does need to drink blood to live, but Finn was so innocent and sweet and she didn't think he was ready to hear that at the time. Plus she feels a lot of shame and guilt about her dark compulsions.You're really missing something if your vampire doesn't struggle with occasional insatiable bloodlust that they have a limited ability to control.
