I've writefagged a lot on 4chan over the years, this particular stuff was especially fun to do.One idea I've thought of, over the years, is including additional characters from other Disney properties. If Hades is fair game, who else is? The specific idea that's come to mind for me is to have Philip and Aurora cross paths with Cassandra from Tangled: The Series. if you squint, Tangled and Sleeping Beauty COULD take place in the same universe, their tech levels aren't dissimilar. Cass also leaves Corona to find her own path at the end of the show, and hypothetically she could wander into the fairy-darkened kingdom that Aurora is trying to save. I think their dynamic might be fun. We do know Cass has a thing for blondes.I've also wrestled with just HOW Dark Souls I'd ultimately make the story, and by that I really mean whether Aurora was going to lose her soul in pursuit of victory over Maleficent. Hades' offer in the last writing section lingers. Will she take it? Will she be swayed by some other temptation of power at a terrible price? It's always tricky to use magic. You can lose a lot in pursuit of it. Would Aurora lose a lot to try and destroy Maleficent? Become a monster to defeat a monster? It's very much an idea I've played around with. And of course what becomes of Philip, in the midst of all of this?
