Demon Days speaks to people because it has something to say, plastic beach doesn't take itself as seriously because it's about being drunk on an island, but the depression is still there. Life after war. Sound Machine and Humanz flaws is how jarring everything is, even if the good tracks are strong, the weak ones ruin the flow. Mountain has Now Now's problem of having the same tone as it ends, but over all it's a more orchestral. Cracker Island sounds the same from start to finish and the good songs do nothing musically.
