The only part Zeller heard was "Bruce". She'll put two and two together. Joker was counting down her 30 seconds to give her just enough. Also Joker knowing Batman's identity isn't a big deal, he's known for years and simply doesn't care

This is fucking terrible, a cunt hair better than King and the writers who followed. Here’s hoping the Paramount acquisition leads to a hard reboot of the mainline Batman books. That would be the best outcome at this point, give it to a competent writer who won’t rape the character further, bring back Alfred, de-fag the robins, mandate a year or two worth of single issue stories and very short arcs. Change the format to longer single issues even if it means doubling the price. Go bold or just sell it all off and be done.
