Why don't more comics adhere to the Rule of Cool?
>>152705364I've seen plenty of push back from comic readers if a comic is too cool. I believe these companies are largely catering to this fanbase.
>>152705364What you posted there looks cool. How is it?
>>152706212prolly not
>>152705364fuck if i know
>>152705364prolonged backlash against the 90s
>>152706212its decent, art wise is godly, writing wise is one of the middest remender works, which can be interesting but its definitely one of the weaker outings.
>>152706212Cool art, story sucks and I say that as someone that occasionally enjoys Remender's writing
>>152705364/co/ hates cool shit.
>>152705364Oh, they still do, anon. It's just that what you think is cool and what is cool are two different things. What's cool today is diversity and inclusion. So gay lesbian bipoc girlbosses smashing the cishet patriarchy. But I can already tell from your post you're a toxic sexist misogynistic chud bigot who cancelled Star Wars: The Acolyte.
>>152708599>What's cool today is diversity and inclusion.Nah, that's not cool. Nobody likes that shit. And I don't care about Star Wars.
>>152708599>What's cool today is diversity and inclusion. So gay lesbian bipoc girlbosses smashing the cishet patriarchy.God could you imagine if some sort of time warp happened and we had EXTREME Rob Liefeld comics about this shit. RIP AND TEAR the patriarchy
>>152705567Its weird because manga does the rule of cool and does better than comics. What's really weird though is giant robots are the coolest shit but they're losing popularity even in Japan...
>>152705364Because they adhere to the rule of Kennedy instead.
>>152708791Comics would do better if they were cooler too.
