It's honestly got some quality issues where some episodes are fun as fuck and others are bland and forgettable, but the fun ones outnumber the bland ones so overall it's a good ride. I'm not sure if the writers just really liked Drakken or if he just works really well with the premise of the show, but any episode with him was basically a certified great one. Monkey Fist episodes were also pretty much universally great. One-off villain episodes tended to be the weakest, the living snowmen episode in particular feeling almost like it came from another show. The last season was also kind of weak, you could tell they were sort of struggling to deal with the changed relationships and new villains in that one. I would fuck no less than 95% of the female cast including background characters.
Kim Possible is one of those fun shows where the entire main cast is over 18 by the end of it but most internet moral crusaders don't know that, so if they pitch a fit about an artist drawing Kim or Bonnie getting railed you can just direct them to a wiki page and tell them to shove it.

I always found it weird that Ron became a football player. Or at least the way it happened. The catalyst of the whole thing was Bonnie being a bitch to Kim about how cheerleaders need to date jocks. Granted there was some standard cartoon "heard half a sentence out of context misunderstanding" bullshit in there too, but still Bonnie's words are the driver here. The thing is, Ron was never really depicted as the kind of guy to bow to social pressure. And clearly Kim doesn't care whether or not Ron plays football. So, the obvious ending to this setup is one where Ron ultimately rejects Bonnie's premise and learns it's better to do his own thing and remain the team Mascot instead. But no, instead he becomes a football player. Which in and of itself isn't bad, but the way the everything shakes out if feels like it's ultimately validating Bonnie's logic.

Probably a controversial opinion, but I think the show leaned way too heavily on Drakken and Shego. The writers should have taken some of their episodes and used them to flesh out the other recurring villains or even make some new ones.
