I swear this board finds the damndest shit. I kid, this is actually cool as hell. As much as I like Disney's current Oswald, this is a solid way to "modernize" his design without completely losing the plot like Lantz' later redesigns.

What's crazy is how this pitch seems to predate even the Animaniacs. I wonder if some of the concepts here were used for the Warners when this fell through.
