Omega has said that in most timelines the distortion is catastrophic. On top of that, your assessment of its inherent 'teleportation' enabling properties is largely wrong. It's debatable whether it even teleports you or whether it creates whatever reality you 'teleport' into, but that's besides the point. It's not useful, because it is not based on thought, but memory. You can't tell someone to come somewhere they don't have the correct memory for, so it's functionally useless, plus teleportation is ACTUALLY possible in the functioning, real court, so it's a straight up downgrade. It's also not entirely voluntary. Imagine being someone with trauma and manifesting a reality where you die in a traffic accident or whatever. Not safe.
