I think only Katie is over powered, just due to the nature of how OP "disintegrating matter for it's energy" is.
And it's not even as efficient as it should be! She'd be setting off nukes with that power set

The others are pretty standard superhero fare.
Julie doesn't actually move at Lightspeed
Alex's gravity powers are cool but there are better gravity users
Jack's powers are lame as fuck

Katie "Energizer" Power is OP as fuck. She can literally destroy anything she touches, not to mention absorbing its energy and using it to blast more stuff.

Kid could solo the Marvel Universe if she went all out. Fortunately, she's what, six years old? She has no clue how powerful she could be if she knew what she was doing.
