Disney+ projects being held like this are either for political reasons (likely not the case here) or because it's so different from obvious Disney branding they (suits) get cold feet. This whole trend of producing shows and just sitting on them without release is the aspect of the industry today that will age the poorest. Consistent and clear release timing is so important to algorithmic success these days, and it's been years since announcement now. We're the only people that continue to talk about it.

>>152819146The summoning. that is both wild that nothing ever came out of it and maybe a blessing because a lot of people liked Claire design but did not liked the show. Personally I did but the humour is very gross out based, that is kryptonite to a certain bran of autism. Personally the coolest thing for me for the show is that Claire is actually a wood elf and the creator said is more or less based around Elder Scrolls lore. So the idea of having a cartoon with the occasional elder scroll lore reference would be so fun to see. Maybe in another kalpa, if the godhead allow it so, all you have to do is dream.
