In the Rugrats episode about Stu and Drew being babies, they were obsessed with a cartoon called Blocky and Oxwinkle, an obvious parody of Rocky and Bullwinkle. Blocky and Sveltana the Spy were voiced by the late June Foray, who voiced Rocky and Natasha Fatale in Rocky and Bullwinkle and in the spoof of the show.
I like when creators use the old performers for their parody bits. Can you think of any other examples of this?

They had a parody of the x-files on ReBoot and got Gillian Anderson to voice "Scully" but unfortunately couldn't get Duchovny for the voice of "Mulder".
