I feel like I should hate this weird Sinfest-lookin-ass tumblr comic, but somehow, I actually quite like it. Sort of reminds me of Pinky and Pepper Forever.
I think this webcomic/its author tells themselves they want to explore trauma and serious themes, but in reality the comic has been avoiding those subjects as much as possible in lieu of exploring the author's fetishes. We get it, you like vore, stop drawing everyone's teeth so fucking gross.Hell, how long has it been since that otherworld staircase was revealed? Everyone's been making every attempt not to think about it since.The human girls are the worst characters, they've not undergone any progress at all and are just both uniquely terrible people to be around.I get that this's a big part of trauma/depression, but I would read a story about depression to see it WORKED THROUGH, not to see someone be insufferable for nearly 600 pages.On the other hand, I do like the animals' dynamics enough to have read the whole thing; they're the ones that have actually undergone any character development; even the annoying S&M cat is starting to get some. And I would definitely date the dog guy. So, I guess I'm just as shallow as the webcomic.

But a lot of his behavior is reasonable. Some examples:Part of the reason's he was acting controlling is to prevent Clair from finding out that Achilles and him know about the previous layers. That's why he was trying to get Achilles to keep secrets. That's why he was trying to control how Mars spent the money she got from Achilles. The reason he's prying into Chloe's relationship with Clair is so he can find out more about the situation he's in.
