Id actually play an Insomniac Spiderman style game about this. Every episode is like an open world game loop, got the intro and outro cutscenes with press X to interact and advance the plot moments, villain with unique gimmick shows up, need to find an Assassins Creed haybale to transform, puzzle battle with bamaham combat. This formula would probably work better for this than Spiderman, because whenever it'd throw another scripted QTE with wild choreography at you, you kinda already know its gonna end with him shooting web and throwing shit at the guy, but the lucky charm can be the most batshit thing ever.
