The first volume of North's F4 was nice and pleasant. That was desperately needed. The second volume is marred by the OWUD tie-in and the need to shoehorn MCU/Rivals Sue synergy. Its picking up momentum now that its entering year 2 and teen Linda is becoming more prominent.Spurrier's Flash was a misfire and came off like it was trying too hard to ape Morrison but the dialogue quirks were too-clever for their own good and the pace was too decompressed.
