>>152961923To be fair in this situation comparatively speaking based on the things Snyder's said in interviews it seems like there's significantly more conversations being had amongst the writers so everyone has a cohesive idea of what going on in the universe, something you can tell isn't happening in the Ultimate universe alongside people clearly half-assing because they literally don't have the time to tell proper stories due to the time skipping and you can tell after a while every writer working on the UU gave up after a while once it became clear they could fix it and the universe is getting canned once the event ends....also despite what they claim I STILL don't buy them knowing the books were getting canned in advance when it's really obvious everyone was setting up future plotlines to be dealt with after the Maker

For example, that whole issue with them helping Sandman, bringing him back to help out the good guys would have them no longer be in the backfoot. Otto making a spider suit for himself, whether it be having him go rogue as a villain or helping in the fight would also tilt things to be much more favorable or make it even harder. Its also clear that Harry with the Norman AI was gonna lead to potentially going mad as well and probably gonna be the conflict with Gwen running the city, but simply no time if they want to at least deal with the Kingpin thus Harry just disables the AI by the end.
