Previously on our journey towards Armageddon, Logan met up with the mutant tracker Teri O'Barnes, who was responsible for assisting the Weapon X program to kidnap him back during the original Weapon X storyline (don’t worry, she apologized for it). Teri told Logan about PrimeWarrior, a private military company that has been hosting their own super-soldier project and replicating the methods used by Weapon X: they’re kidnapping mutants with healing factors and putting them through the same experience that Logan once went through. While Teri has been able to stay a step ahead of PrimeWarrior and save many mutants by relocating them and fixing them new identities, PrimeWarrior was still able to kidnap a man named Tyler Torrens and place him in their facility in the Ozarks, and Teri needed Logan's help to save him.
Traveling to the Ozarks, they were surprised to see that the facility had already been blown apart by a bomber who had been targeting PrimeWarrior facilities, with Tyler nowhere to be found and an origin box also reported to be missing. Continuing their search, Logan ends up tracking Tyler's scent to a cabin surrounded with deadly booby traps. The cabin’s owner? The bomber of PrimeWarrior's facilities and former Captain America: Dave Colton!
Meanwhile, PrimeWarrior's CEO Pruet got the info that Logan had been inside the Ozarks facility, and called in Nuke to go after him…

Last month, Laura and Gabby were protecting a mutant from an angry mob when they suddenly saw time itself breaking down around them. Thinking that it was Kiden Nixon due to picking up her scent, Laura began tracking and met instead X-80 - a mutant created using Kiden’s DNA - who asked Laura to save others like her before she apparently died unable to control her powers. Traveling to a seemingly abandoned storage facility (that smelled awfully like the Facility that Laura grew up in), the sisters broke in and were ambushed by the Robo-Bubs guarding the place, before finding themselves against the newest weapons: X-66, X-73, X-74, X-92, X-99 and X-Infinite. And the weapons were ready to…not fight them at all?

When Cable freed her, he asked her if Akihiro was Kamala’s potential killer to which she denied, meaning that it was down to Boom-Boom or Angel.
Meanwhile, Domino is continuing to spy on Cable, and notices that he had secretly stolen the SHIELD data that Boone was keeping…

Previously, Rogue visited Mystique and Destiny to get answers to what happened during the mission with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants in Project PEGASUS. Unfortunately she did not get any actual answers to what happened, causing her to storm out. During her flight, she contacts Gambit and gets the info that the allegedly dead Constrictor - who also happened to be there on that mission - is secretly alive and has placed himself in hiding. But the moment she gets that info, she loses control of her powers and (due to having accidentally absorbed Mystique’s powers when she visited her) began rapidly shapeshifting, causing her to crash into a warehouse where a deal was being made with associates of Constrictor and the anti-mutant group Humanity First, forcing her to fight with them.
Meanwhile, the handicapped former Project PEGASUS guard J. Stelton comes home to his wife to tell her the news: he has found Rogue, who is apparently responsible for what happened to him during that mission…and he’s going to make her pay!
