I know it’s a big deal for Vader to be a cyborg in life support but couldn’t they have used bacta tanks or something later to organically repair him?
>>152957577Part of the explanation is that Palpatine purposefully sabotaged his reconstruction and healing so Vader was completely dependent on him and his infrastructure to remain alive and the Emperor continued to put spies and informants near him to prevent any actually effective healing and the constant threat of just killing him, since by the time of the original trilogy, he had already done his role in helping him take over the Empire.

He is a nameless goon with some over the top action setpieces, not a real character. There is no reason for him to appear in anything outside of this specific power fantasy. You'd have to create a character from scratch since he didn't have any to begin with.These ugly ass shorts are woefully overrated, and Star Wars fans are braindead.
