The pacing of TADC is showing the same errors as that of Murder Drones—the first few episodes are a slog of filler while the last episodes trip over themselves trying to hit every remaining plot point. Is this GLITCH's fault or did they get unlucky to have two directors encounter the same pacing issue? I know TADC isn't finished and we've still got a few(?) episodes down the line, but I just feel like there's been a strong shift in pacing. Maybe it's just time distorting my perception.

He fixes the Circus but becomes considerably more chill and because of reasons he can fix the abstracted too, but he can't undo Pomni's death because she's basically part of him now. Everyone is happy, 'Pomni' is confused but she and Caine share a look and then she smiles and runs off to join the others. The end. That's right we're doing Amphibia again.

But instead of downloading his consciousness, he instead created perfect brain scans of anyone who uses the headset while the AI Caine is eccentric and doesnt at all fulfill his role of making the digital circus fun or interesting while having far too much control over the players. I think that the original programmers scanned their brains sometimes between 1996 and 1999, and afterward development on the new AI (really Caine) continued until somehow a breakthrough was made (likely involving Scratch). Then for some reason someone chucked the existing mindfiles into the simulation the AI created. That's why Kinger is so confused at the very start of the episode. Even if he can surmises that he is in a simulation, he has no way of knowing that there's a gap of several years between the moment he scanned his brain and the moment his avatar appeared in the circus.
