What the fuck happened to his face? He’s in his 70s in this picture.
>>
>>152983051
He's old as dirt but tries to put on a showcase of bravado regardless
Anons already speculated he's wearing a wig
>>
>>152983051
Why did he do produce relatively so few comics during his career? One of the greatest artist Marvel ever had
>>
>>152983343
Wasn't getting paid well enough, so he left pretty early.
>>
>>152984119
How many different Marvel artists can this exact reasoning apply to? I swear it’s something like 70% of the company’s staff that quit due to low pay, yet they haven’t learned to pay their staff more in decades probably because they can just exploit third-world labor that’ll do it for pennies now
>>
>>152983051
he looks fine to me

Also, "creative differences" with Stan.

After an editorial dispute over At the Stroke of Midnight in Tower of Shadows #1 (1969), Stan Lee fired Jim Steranko from Marvel. Months later, Lee invited Steranko back for a 7-page story, Dante's Inferno, but again insisted on changes.

I like how the big two constantly lose their best people.

Steranko is so cool
>>
you can literally talk to Steranko every Sunday night and no one really cares because he's kinda told anything he has to tell years ago. That period from like 2012-2013 when he was just telling stories was basically all he had.

>and then everyone clapped
>>
>>152983051
that's known as "smiling"
>>
>>152986615
well someone learned the sound of one hand clapping
>>
>>152988526
Which is?
>>
>>152985094
Can someone please post more stories of his? Or direct me to an archive?
>>
>>152991783
I have this.

They were already doing it in the 70's when Neal Adams was attempting to organize comic artists with a labor union, that's why all those Filipino artists like Alfredo Alcala and Ernie Chan started getting work.

Dunno who that is but if you watch him in this documentary (required watching for comic fans), he kinda talks like those posts too. Might be a character he is putting on like Stan, but it's still fun.

>>152996255
he posts like he writes
>>
>>152983343
real artists dont want to put up with marvels shenanigans, he only did for genuine love of the characters
>>
>>152986615
it sounds very realistic he even included boiling with rage being unable to sleep at night.
