My prediction is that Caine getting deleted does something to the abstracted people. Either it cures them or sets them loose to torment the main characters. Either way, Kinger is most definitely going to see his beloved chocolate wife again, one way or another.

My headcannon is that Queenie abstracted because Kinger blamed himself for trapping everyone in the circus. She would know that Kinger and the rest of the C&A team weren't at fault for their circumstance. Hearing her own husband believing himself to be at fault for trapping her would have been what broke her heart enough to cause her abstract when it was just them left.

Imagine if Episode 9 started by looking like it was another Caine fakeout... only for it to just be a nightmare pomni is having and they wake up to the crumbling circus, there is no actually waking from the nightmare.
