I always wondered by Moloch was alive. I know he serves a narrative purpose but it seemed strange to me that Rorshach, who kills street thugs for less, is happy letting this former vice den crime lord retire peacefully.

>>152993248Probably Moloch wasnt active, redeemed by prison. So he went under Rorschachs radar. Maybe he had a bucket list with Molochs name on it. And every time he gets distracted so he let him live his life. But thats just a comedic idea. It is possible that Rorschach didnt knew where Moloch lived. And only because he attended Comedians funeral brought him back into Rorschachs sight. I dont think he has the ressources or time to keep track of every criminal who dont falls back into crime. At least when there are rapists, burglers and murderer roaming the city. And a cape killer.
