Is it possible to make money starting an original comic series I want to eventually print my own graphic novel
Print and sell locally. Get an Amex and buy a printer+supplies. More potential than trying to compete with the whole world on the internet.

Think of it more like a hobby you can eventually monetize, don't expect to make a profit within the first few years at least. Drawing because you enjoy it is different than drawing because it's your job.
