What that pic leaves out is that you will need to do hormone therapy to maintain that appearance because with twinks/femboys the look is derived from a youthfull appearance. There is no way to avoid looking older, but if you reduce testosterone it minimizes the impact of aging. That's why most femboys or twinks who do pornography end up transitioning to try and increase their window of desirebility.
