Silhouette's no good.
The focus and amplification of the legs is too distracting.
The head is too small to read expressions easily.
Thick outlines and blocky anatomy do better with more simplified designs.
Horns seem tacked on with little to no thought.
Hair is just a total disaster.
If I had to sum up my advice in the simplest of terms I'd say just dial everything back. Like a lot.
