Unofficial. Even when it's trying to look like a low quality rip. There's these very weird splotches in the middle of Jax's chest that looks like upscaling artefacts. But if you lower it to 240p (or even 144p), it genuinely looks like a low quality rip from a Nintendo game made in the late 90s. It's great. I do think playing with resolution should be considered more often when making these sorts of 'lost horror' videos. 240p is a bit too blurry for text, but I think 360p is a good compromise.
