If she did know anything about DC, it would probably be limited to general popculture zeitgeist stuff and any movies or games that came out before leaving her reality, and even then its iffy if she would actually have seen or played any of that stuff. Not like Prime is any better, but its apparent after he got back to his home post Death Metal, he at least decided to do more with his life then just obsess over one brand, add in the events of the crossover story with that Spiderman and HE, and we can assume before KO, he got trapped in the pocket reality for a year before The Time Trapper got him out (While he's capable now of punching his way out of any reality, it still has its limits since he's essentially punching his way blindly) I like to think that he was probably curious about what was going on in Marvel post DM and decided to check in on that stuff while he was doing whatever the fuck he was doing on his world with his powers. In Short, more then Gwen, less then you'd think.
Personally they should work at a comics store and insert to try to make DC and Marvel better than the other. Their kids are into manga
