With the nu-Ultimate line ending people everywhere keep talking about how Marvel should do their own Absolute line. I think that's a lame idea though, and too close to what nu-Ultimate was. I think Marvel should pull a Silver Age DC where they completely reinvent their heroes, new identities, new looks, tweaked powers, and new origins. Give me Steve Stevenson, a scientist who while experimenting on spiders accidentally gets infected by the spider covid he created and gets spider powers. He then becomes Spider-Man to raise money for his research.
