Im not very familiar with comics outside of some that cater very much to my tastes and interests, so I am looking for some recommendations based on my taste. Maybe some people here could help me out.

My fave comics are as follows:
- A Serious House on Serious Earth
- Elektra by Frank Miller
- Ranx Xerox
- Blacksad
- The Department of Truth

Are there comics out there that are renowned and celebrated for their visuals like these? Or maybe some lesser known stuff that I might enjoy?

Definitely check out The Fall of Deadworld if want beautifully drawn grimdark misery porn. You don't need to know much about Dredd to love this one.

I always have time for edgy gritty stuff. On first glance it seems a little vapid and sloppy, but will def check it out.

I can't believe you wouldn't have already read it but Long Halloween and its sequel Dark Victory strike the noir/mystery/conspiracy bingo you seem to like in your comics

The whole run is great, I get that some people won't like every issue, but excluding #32 is a sin
