I hate these minor redesigns for the Spidey costume, I had the separated waist band and I hate the missing web section running down the arm, and the main reason I hate it is because despite both these shows being off the air for years at this point, these design elements KEEP SHOWING UP on figures and merchandise, so I'll be checking things out, see a Spider-man thing that I might be interested in, take a closer look and see that it has this bullshit. Same issue with the trunk-less NU52 designs for DC characters.
They're just going to replace him with some hood rat rapper anyways so what difference does it make
