Hell, going out of /co/ stuff for a while, have you seen that Predator movie Disney did? It legit felt nothing like a Predator movie, it felt like an attempt to make a Mandalorian more than anything. They could try to explore the old republic and beyond, but I know it'd have a high chance of be crappy as well. I fear that, whatever they choose to do, it'll always feel like a bland and safe story, so I kind of want them to just shelf Star Wars at this point, to be honest. Maybe one day they'll sell the rights to someone who knows what to do with it.
