I liked the first movie.I walked out of this during the scene where Bowser Jr was about to capture Star Fox and company.Not once did I laugh or was entertained. It was just a set of scenes with no real narrative progression or development.

Why the fuck are people obsessed with what Peach does, seriously? Like the entire first movie focused mostly on Mario, and he has a lot to do in this. It was an improvement on the first one simply because they cut out all the lame 80s music shit. There’s less lame slow motion shit. And I’m shocked that the critics are complaining about the plot, considering it’s quite an improvement over the first.My only real gripe was the Bowser heel turn after they set up that he would be good in the end. I didn’t like that they made me strait up evil again. It was the perfect set up to let him and Mario save the day in the 11th hour, but whatever.

I haven't seen the movie yet but from what I heard the movie had bloated aimless badly done plot.Except plot in first movie was really weak too. Luigi did nothing, Donkey Kong subplot about his dad was nothing burgerMovie was fun because of action, jokes, visuals and pure fun not because of deep storytelling.
