At least Ratchet and Clank had a central story even if it was a worse version of the original game, the second Mario movie somehow manages to have less story than the actual games.

I guess I'd take Galaxy over the R&C movie, with the Mario movies the jingling keys are occasionally effective, while Ratchet & Clank aside from being sanded down to the point of losing the personality the first game had is also just boring as sin and I'm as diehard of a Ratchet fan as you can get.

The first Game has time travel , warmechs and scifi shit.
And FF4 second half is full of aylolmaos , Space ships and fighting on the fucking Moon.
I think only FF2 , 12(because is from ivalice) and 16 are really the only high Fantasy games.

The original games had tons of adult jokes and that signature early-2000s post-911 edge to it that was completly lost in translation for the movie. Ratchet acts like Barney the Dinosaur here
