imo the biggest things making tourney threads shit is metafaggotry. It's a natural thing too, the longer you have some in board thing go on the more autistic and general like it becomes. Take dbg or hunger games for example. This also attracts regular schizo's over time which plummets it further. The best solution is simply take a break from tourneys for like a year or two but that's probably not gonna happen.
