CN shows haven't had good animation since 2009 and have to rely on James Baxter cameos to make it watchable
People blame rigging but outsourcing is the actual root of the issue. This shit is being animated by either Korean or Filipino slaves. Because of this nobody in America knows how to do hand drawn animation anymore. The money is in 3D

Rigging only looks good when it knows it's rigged and isn't trying to copy hand drawn. There's a reason nobody complains about the Mickey Mouse shorts or Hilda. Hell, even Rick and Morty's complaints are more about its art style than its actual animation
