Why does everyone complain that a series never has "time to breathe," but then have a meltdown when there are slice-of-life elements?Seriously, what do you actually want? Constant 'bing-bing-wahoo' action, or the occasional slow episode that gives the story a soul? Tell me, because I’m genuinely confused. I know people aren’t a monolith, but fan feedback on social media can make a series do a 180. Then, the creators don't know what they want anymore and the whole thing falls apart.
