Disney's just taking a really long time to start rolling out episodes for some reason, and they notoriously like to stay quiet about the goings-on of their TV animation division until the very last second. Maybe there's no upcoming holiday episode that would've forced Disney into "premiering" the season earlier than they would've wanted.
