I'm still an avid cartoon watcher. I love a lot of the 90s series, but what the hell happened? I had thought about it previously and anything GOOD today is canceled in 1 or 2 seasons. Take the last GOOD Batman, which was Beware the Batman. It had 1 season. Yeah, I know "Cape shit" but I'm saying in general. Most cartoons I see now are drawn with the bean face, all about screaming and yelling, no resolution in a cartoon, nothing. I might as well put on pretty colors with loud cartoon SFX in the background and go, "FUNNY!!!"

I'm surprised that Harley Quinn has lasted this long. I'm backed up on it. I do find it funny. But at least they did a good job on it.

I've tried to watch modern cartoons but the closest thing I've liked it Bluey and I don't even watch it. I've seen a few eps when my niece watches it and it's not bad but I can't get myself to like it. I think it's because I was a brony and when I think about how the backlash was with that cartoon, I think "I don't wanna deal with that again and I'm a grown ass man."

So, I turned to live action, youtube animation, and anime.

I'm not saying anime is ever superior but I do love both. If the art and animation style are good, I'll watch it.

Also, 1 more thing, wtf is going on with every story time animator being so god damn lazy and doing the same fucking art style as the last? Does no one has originality anymore?
