I just had potato salad as part of the Easter dinner at my grandma's place. It was alright, but it was definitely the least exceptional of the various servings. I think the corn casserole was the best.

When i was a kid i just thought it took them 3 days to just buy ingredients cause the shop forgot and would finally put it up selves days later until on the 3rd day they actually make the damn thing

It's either mixed fast and ends up blending into the water all around you or you take it very very slow.

Listen to me. After you make the potato salad, it tastes better the next day and the day after because the flavors have time to sit and mingle. This also goes for sauce and similar.

3 days is pushing it but if they were going to eat all the salad and not have leftovers, it's probably at peak deliciousness.
